The Site is provided by CalPortland Company and its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”) as a service to customers, contractors, employees, and other interested parties. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Use of Site; Informational Purpose

The materials and information contained on this Site are provided solely for general informational and non-commercial purposes. Nothing on this Site is intended to constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, an offer to sell or supply materials, a binding quotation, or a contract of any kind. Any purchase of products or services from the Company is governed exclusively by separately executed agreements, purchase orders, or invoices issued by the Company, and not by any information contained on this Site.

No Professional or Engineering Advice

The content of this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering, architectural, construction, or professional advice. The Company is not a design professional and does not provide engineering, architectural, or construction services, with the exception of our Central Coast construction division. Users remain solely responsible for all decisions relating to mix design, structural adequacy, cementitious materials, aggregates, and other material selection, placement methods, curing practices, and compliance with applicable project specifications, codes, and laws. The Company acts solely as a material supplier and not as a contractor, subcontractor, or design professional.

Materials Disclaimer

The Company is a supplier of construction materials, including without limitation ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and related products, and does not perform installation, placement, finishing, curing, or other construction services, with the exception of our Central Coast construction division.

The performance of such materials depends on conditions and practices outside the Company’s control, including without limitation mix design by others, jobsite conditions, weather, transportation, storage, handling, placement, and workmanship by contractors or other third parties.

Accordingly, the Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from such conditions, practices, or downstream construction activities, except as may be expressly set forth in a separate written agreement.

Product Information and Availability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information; however, all information on this Site is provided without any representation or warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability relating to ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and other materials are subject to change without notice and must be independently confirmed with the Company. Users assume full responsibility for any reliance placed on the information provided on this Site.
