The Site is provided by CalPortland Company and its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”) as a service to customers, contractors, employees, and other interested parties. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company acts solely as a material supplier and not as a contractor, subcontractor, or design professional.

Materials Disclaimer
The Company is a supplier of construction materials, including without limitation ready-mix concrete, cement, aggregates, and related products, and does not perform installation, placement, finishing, curing, or other construction services, with the exception of our Central Coast construction division.
The performance of such materials depends on conditions and practices outside the Company’s control, including without limitation mix design by others, jobsite conditions, weather, transportation, storage, handling, placement, and workmanship by contractors or other third parties.
Accordingly, the Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from such conditions, practices, or downstream construction activities, except as may be expressly set forth in a separate written agreement.
