CalPortland Company Acquires Vulcan Materials’ California Ready-Mixed Concrete Assets

Summerlin, NV June 8, 2026 – CalPortland Company announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Vulcan Materials ready-mix concrete business assets in the San Diego and San Francisco Bay Areas.
