The Front Avenue Aggregate Yard is a distribution facility serving Northeast Portland with a full range of construction materials:

• The facility stocks crushed rock, washed rock, concrete sand, and dredged sands.
• Sand and gravel products are supplied by CalPOrtland’s Santosh Sand & Gravel Aggregate plant.
• Dredged sand materials are sourced from the Sanderling suction dredge.
• The truck scale, equipped with Auto‑ID technology, reduces scale time for large projects and repeat customers while ensuring accurate scale weights on every ticket.
